In this piece, Jaroslav is using oil and brush on canvas. This is a landscape painting of an area with plenty of forestry ,including taller trees in the background that have been painted using a lighter green tone, and shorter trees in the foreground painted with a mix of darker green tones and some brown. Jaroslav has applied thick layers of paint on certain parts of the trees to give them some texture and life.
